TAMPA, Fla. (November 4, 2026) — Tampa Bay Sun FC has named Beem Light Sauna its official infrared and light therapy partner, bringing together two organizations committed to prioritizing wellness, promoting recovery and encouraging healthy lifestyles throughout the Tampa Bay community.
The partnership highlights the importance of recovery and wellness as essential parts of performance, extending beyond the professional athlete to individuals looking to prioritize their physical and mental well-being in everyday life.
Through infrared sauna and light therapy, beem Light Sauna offers wellness experiences designed to complement an active lifestyle and support individuals in making self-care a regular part of their routines.
“One thing I’ve learned throughout my career in sports is that performance isn’t just about how hard you work. It’s also about how you take care of yourself along the way. Recovery, balance and well-being matter whether you’re a professional athlete, a working parent or someone simply trying to show up as their best every day. We are excited to partner with Beem Light Sauna to bring that conversation beyond the field and encourage our entire Sun community to make their well-being a priority.”
— Christina Unkel, President & General Manager, Tampa Bay Sun FC
