Come join us for a fun Pilates session on the soccer field, get ready to stretch, strengthen, and enjoy the fresh air!
Tampa’s only women’s professional soccer club is opening the pitch for a community Pilates session, presented in partnership with Rise Pilates.
The session will be led by one of our own – Tampa Bay Sun FC forward and certified Pilates instructor, Jilly. Train where the pros train, with a pro guiding you. All levels are welcome.
Bring a mat and water. Invite a friend.
